we start by working with your sketch, idea, logo, marble carving, etc. to develop the design to the point of satisfaction. this includes sketches, solid modeling, and rendering.

once the final design is authorized, we run Finite Element Analysis using the parameters of your vehicle to verify the structural rigidity and safety so that the wheels. keep in mind that testing is within the capable bounds of your vehicle, i.e. all wheels, regardless of manufacturer, will crack/bend/shatter if you hit a brick on the highway with no tire pressure at 150mph. at that point you have a lot more to worry about than your wheels ;) .

your wheels will then be manufactured per the agreed specifications, given individual serial numbers, and shipped out. included with this whole package is a signed exclusivity agreement assuring that your design will not be duplicated for any person unless authorized by you.

due to the unique nature of this service, we cannot guarantee standard shipping times in-line with our catalog designs, however a tentative delivery date will be agreed upon in the contract phase.
